ARRIVAL BY BUS & TRAIN: Travel with Linz Linien is included for ticket holders: The Design Center Linz at Europaplatz 1, 4020 Linz, is directly connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stops are around 200 metres away. The distance to the main railway station is just under 2 km. 
The following bus lines run from the main railway station to Europaplatz - Design Center Linz: Line 12, Line 17, Line 19, Line 70, Line 71, Line 72, Line 77.

ARRIVAL FROM AIRPORT LINZ/ HÖRSCHING:  Linz Airport in Hörsching is 14 km from the city centre. The airport bus line 601 connects Linz city centre with the airport.

UNDERGROUND PARKING & PAID OFF-STREET PARKING: 
Chargeable underground car park with 240 parking spaces and outdoor car park with 240 parking spaces. Depending on requirements, buses can also be parked in the outdoor car park, but no more than 15 buses (80 car parking spaces are not available here).
 

Prices: €1.00 per half hour, up to a maximum of €20.00 per day. For lorries, buses and cars over 3 metres in height: €2.00 per half hour.

HANDICAPPED PARKING:
There are six parking spaces in the underground garage and another five in the outdoor parking lot.

There will be enough space on site for bicycles to be parked safely. 

Visitors travelling with their electric vehicle can use the e-charging stations at LINZ AG rates. The car parks are marked in green and indicated by an information stand. Payment is possible with the LINZ AG card as well as all debit and credit cards. During the week of the tournament, four outdoor car parks and two underground car parks are available.

The nearest taxi rank is in front of the Mariott Hotel (west side of the hall, near the main entrance).

The nearest ATM is located approx. 100 m away at Goethestrasse 80, 4020 Linz.

The medical service is located on the east side of the hall.

RBG Reichel Business Group GmbH does not provide any compensation for cancelled games or loss of tickets. RBG Reichel Business Group GmbH also accepts no liability for physical injury or damage to property.

During the tournament week, we will provide spectators with the latest information about the tournament. Our daily news magazine "Inside Out" will be published again this year as an online version. It will be available on our website and sent out via newsletter. 
 
There are also regular updates via social media, our website and the new WhatsApp channel.

The match schedule for the following day is usually finalised from 21:00 the day before and can be found at www.ladieslinz.at available. There may be changes to the fixtures at short notice.

In the interest of keeping the tournament grounds clean, we ask you to throw paper and drinking cups etc. into the waste paper baskets or rubbish bins provided.

Filming and photography is not permitted during the game, as this can distract the players.

The cloakroom is located directly by the main entrance. 

There are various options for buying food and drinks in the public area of the event site. 

Merchandise can be purchased directly on site. 

Animals are not allowed on the show grounds.

In this case, please go to the information point in the entrance area. 
 

Please note that it is forbidden to bring bags, suitcases and rucksacks onto the tournament grounds. Bags smaller than a DIN A4 sheet of paper (30 x 21 x 21 cm) are excluded from the ban. Please also note that there may be a waiting time at the entrance due to bag checks. We thank you for your understanding.

Prohibited items:

  • Glass bottles at Centre Court, Matchcourt 1 & in all stands (e.g. wine bottles, schnapps bottles, drinking glasses)
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Drugs
  • Animals of any kind (except trained companion animals with appropriate identification and labelling)
  • Bengal fires and other fireworks
  • Megaphones and vuvuzelas
  • Noisy objects such as compressed air trumpets, rattles, drums
  • Digital SLR cameras with interchangeable lenses (exception: persons with appropriate accreditation)
  • Laser pointer
  • Suitcases, bags, rucksacks and opaque gym bags, if larger than DIN A4
  • Liquids such as full Tetra packs (except up to 0.5 litres), full drinking bottles (except PET up to 0.5 litres), canisters, cans
  • Bulky items (e.g. umbrellas, walking sticks that are not medically necessary, very large banners, tennis rackets)
  • Selfie sticks
  • Video devices
  • Gas spray cans
  • Flags larger than DIN A2
  • means of transportation like scooters, skateboards

A ban may also be issued for other objects in individual cases (e.g. very large rivets on clothing or similar). A sense of proportion must always be applied here.

FAQs - Ticket

Tickets for all days are available from our Online shop and at the box office.

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Tickets are not personalised and can be passed on to other people.

This year it is possible to purchase an after-work ticket. This is valid Monday to Thursday from 18:30 in Cat. 1 and 2.

Children up to 5 years have free admission (lap seat ticket).

Children aged 6 to 15 years pay €10.00.

Yes, there are discounts. Trainees and students receive a 20% discount.

If you leave the Design Centre during the day and want to come back later, please remember to have your ticket with you and scan yourself out when you leave the hall, otherwise your ticket will no longer be valid.

To redeem the promotion code, go to our Ticket online shop and enter the code on the homepage in the "Do you have a promotion code?" field. Once you have successfully entered the code, the corresponding discount will be activated and you can select your seats.
