The Design Center Linz (Europaplatz 1, 4020 Linz) is directly connected to the public transport network and is ideal for travelling by bus and train.
The nearest bus stops (bus stop „Europaplatz“) are around 200 metres away. Linz main railway station is just under 2 km away (approx. 20 minutes on foot).
The following bus routes run from the main railway station to Europaplatz - Design Centre Linz:
Line 12 (direction Linz / Donau Karlhof)
Line 17 (direction Linz / Donau Fernheizkraftwerk)
Line 72 (direction Linz / Donau Schiffswerft)
Line 73 (direction Linz / Donau Fernheizkraftwerk)
Travel with LINZ LINIEN is included for ticket holders (except for the final Sunday, 12 April 2026 due to the limited transport connections caused by the Linz Marathon).
For travelling to and from Upper Austria by public transport, the inexpensive Leisure ticket Upper Austria of the Upper Austrian Transport Association.

Linz Airport in Hörsching is 14 km from the centre. The airport bus no. 601 connects Linz city centre with the airport in 19 minutes.
As the airport bus does not run on Sundays, it is possible to use the free shuttle to Hörsching railway station. The journey time by train to Linz is 11 minutes.
There are six parking spaces in the underground garage and a further five in the outdoor parking lot.
Visitors travelling with their electric vehicle can use the e-charging stations at LINZ AG rates. The car parks are marked in green and labelled with an information board. Payment is possible with the LINZ AG card as well as all debit and credit cards. There are currently four outdoor parking spaces and two in the underground car park.
The Design Center is easily accessible and can be visited without barriers. You will find details HERE.
