Oberösterreichische Versicherung remains a strong partner

Linz will once again be a strong international player in 2026 - and Oberösterreichische Versicherung is on board. As a partner of Upper Austria Ladies Linz, Oberösterreichische Versicherung is continuing its long-standing collaboration with the most important women's tennis tournament in Austria. As in previous years, Oberösterreichische Versicherung and Upper Austria Ladies Linz will once again send out a strong signal in favour of sustainability. „Every ace - 1 m² flower meadow“ is the motto of the campaign. This means that for every ace beaten during the Upper Austria Ladies Linz, Oberösterreichische Versicherung will provide one square metre of flower meadow seed for the greening of local communities. The total amount of seed will be raffled off to one of the participating communities at the end of the tournament.

„The Upper Austria Ladies Linz is the tennis flagship of our federal state, which has an appeal that extends far beyond the state's borders. For the location, this not only means thrills and sporting highlights, but also regional added value, as Upper Austrian insurance has its roots in. That is why I am particularly pleased that we are once again a strong partner of the Upper Austria Ladies Linz this year and can set a blooming example for our environment with our sustainability campaign ‚Every ace - 1 m² flower meadow‘ as part of the tournament,“ emphasises Othmar Nagl, CEO of Oberösterreichische Versicherung.

„We are very grateful for the loyal support of Oberösterreichische Versicherung for our tournament and look forward to not only talking about sustainability together, but also working together to set clear, visible and sustainable signals,“ adds Sandra Reichel, Tournament Director of the Upper Austria Ladies Linz.
