Swarovski winner's trophy shines at the Upper Austria Ladies Linz

The winner of the 35th edition of the WTA 500 Upper Austria Ladies Linz tournament, which takes place at the Design Centre, can look forward to a unique crystal trophy from Swarovski. 

This extraordinary tennis trophy, 40 cm high and weighing 3.5 kilograms, combines modern elegance with expressive symbolism. The design consists of three harmoniously balanced elements that together epitomise the dynamism and brilliance of tennis. 

The foundation of the trophy, created from two precisely crafted Swarovski crystal blocks, creates a clear architectural unit. These transparent, light-filled structures symbolise fairness, purity and the clarity of the decisive moment in a match, when everything depends on a single stroke. With its captivating luminosity, the trophy has an almost weightless character. 

A slender, elegantly curved metal shape in bright pink rises up from the centre. The gentle curvature at the front gives the silhouette movement and expressiveness. Its shape subtly evokes a feminine figure: upright, self-confident and graceful. The characteristic contours of a tennis racket are integrated into the design at the sides. The fine indentations reflect the frame of the racket and create a link between the shape of the material and the sport it represents. The pink finish symbolises energy, passion and the modern identity of the tournament.

The trophy is crowned by a tennis ball studded all over with fine Swarovski crystals, epitomising precision, intensity and the pinnacle of athletic excellence. The interplay of light evokes the point of contact between racket and ball and represents a moment of tension, power and triumph.

The winning trophy showcases Swarovski's exceptional craftsmanship, creativity and infinite savoir-faire. It symbolises the path to mastery: clear and transparent at its base, elegant and powerful at its core and radiant at the moment of victory.
