1,000 tennis rackets for 1,000 girls

The successful young talent initiative "1,000 tennis rackets for 1,000 girls" is entering a new round! The popular "1,000 tennis rackets for 1,000 girls" initiative will once again take place on the final day (Sunday, 2 February 2025) of the 34th edition of the Upper Austria Ladies Linz, the top-class women's tennis event. 

The main aim of this campaign is to arouse interest in sporting activities among children and to promote tennis in Austria in the long term. The aim is to strengthen the next generation and give young talents the opportunity to discover tennis for themselves.
The first 100 participants can also look forward to a very special experience:

You will be personally presented with your own racket at the Upper Austria Ladies Linz 2025
and take part in a taster session. They also have the opportunity to meet coaches and representatives from tennis clubs. In addition, each girl will receive a bulging goodie bag from our partners.

DATE: Sunday, 02.02.2025

LOCATION: Design Centre Linz (as part of the Upper Austria Ladies Linz)

AGE LIMIT: Children between 6 - 10 years (born 2014 - 2017)

PARTICIPANT LIMIT: max. 100 girls

As part of the event, all participants will receive a taster session, contact with coaches and club representatives and a bulging goodie bag from our partners.

Participating child: free admission
1st accompanying person: free admission
2nd accompanying person: 50% discount
Additional accompanying person (e.g. grandparents): 25% Discount
Siblings: 0-5 years free admission, 6-15 years: 10.00 Euro ticket, from 16 years normal
